【Shipping】
Shipping fees vary depending on the total purchase amount (tax included):
Less than 20,000 yen: 1,100 yen
20,000 yen to less than 100,000 yen: 2,200 yen
100,000 yen or more: Free shipping

【Delivery】
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. (Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Hokkaido and remote islands.) Since our products are available for pre-order, please select your preferred delivery timing when placing your order. Please note that for Okinawa and remote islands, additional shipping fees may apply, and there are regions where delivery is not available. Please consult with us before purchasing. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping estimate.
【Warranty & Initial Defects】
Our products come with a 3-year warranty. If you experience any issues during normal use, please contact us. (Please note that we cannot address damages resulting from accidents or misuse beyond the intended purpose.) As our products are made to order, cancellations after production or returns/exchanges due to customer preference after receipt are not accepted.
